Borg required a sizeable expansion to grow their manufacturing capabilities and product output. The new expansion created additional space for its decorative melamine press plant, benchtop manufacturing line, laminate postforming, warehouse and logistics hub.
The construction of Building 2 Warehouse took 7 months at a total cost of $18m in December 2008, of which Crossmuller conducted the design, development application, construction, fitout and operation of the project.
The total area of facilities grew to 56,200m2 including office space.
