Crossmuller visits Schneider Electric Wonderware in USA
Managing Director Michael Kershaw and National Sales & Marketing Manager Michael Riley recently visited the Lake Forest Head Offices of Schneider Electric, in Lake Forest, California.
The visit coincided with the 3 monthly kick off Requirements Planning Day, where Wonderware’s Development Teams get together using Scrum methodologies to map out the functionality to be included in the next Agile development session. We were able to see first-hand this Agile methodology in progress, and were very impressed in the results that were tabled at the end of the two day session.
This Agile Development process is enabling Wonderware to deliver today’s technology requirements faster than they have ever been able to in the past.
